What can I expect from the event?
Step inside a multi-sensory environment where the traditional sports bar is completely reimagined through 360-degree immersive technology. The Domes offers a premier social destination that places you at the center of the action — imagine watching the world's biggest matches on massive, high-definition screens floating within a curated VFX atmosphere, creating a stadium-like energy. Beyond the game, the space transforms into a living gallery of light and sound, from real-time visual landscapes synced to live DJ sets and local bands to interactive digital art. Whether you're there for a global tournament or a late-night immersive lounge set, you aren't just watching the content — you're living inside it.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
Dome Shows typically last around 30 minutes and Concerts 2 hours. Those attending to watch a game usually stay for the entirety of the game.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Depending on the day of the event, vegan and gluten-free options may be available.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available.
Is there Virtual Reality?
While there is no virtual reality at The Domes, The Domes itself is compared to a virtual reality experience, but without VR goggles.
Is there a dress code?
Wear what you like and what makes you comfortable!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Depending on the event there might be merchandise on sale.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help — make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes! If you would like to book for a large group or reserve one of our Dome experiences, please contact us.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the show. You can arrive any time for the Dome Lounge as there are no set times.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, absolutely no weapons of any kind are permitted on-site. This includes, but is not limited to, knives and guns (including concealed carry). Security reserves the right to enforce this policy at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, there will be strobe lights throughout the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Most of the experiences have seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend you ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is coat check available?
This venue does not offer a coat check, please keep all coats and any shopping bags with you.
Is there an age requirement?
Dome Shows and Concerts are all ages unless otherwise specified. The evening bar experience and immersive watch parties are 21+.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
